ATTN: CANADA POST STRIKE!

What does this mean for your Cove Cap Co. orders:

We will continue to accept orders but we will unfortunately be unable to ship them as Canada Post is not accepting any packages at this time.

We will be able to ship out all orders as soon as the strike is resolved.

We do offer LOCAL PICKUP in West Vancouver and we have local retailers UNITED STRANGERS and YOUNG N' THRIFTY with our full collection.

CANADA

We offer carrier rates via Canada Post which include options for Lettermail, Expedited and Xpresspost. Canadian orders should reach your destination within 2 to 6 business days of dispatch. 

We also offer a low cost $5.00 Lettermail option for our Canadian customers - please note that the Lettermail shipping option does not include tracking or insurance for lost packages. These orders may arrive in more than one mailer if necessary. 

We offer a free porch pickup for residents of the North Shore (North and West Vancouver) or those willing to make the trip (more details on this at checkout).

USA (excluding US Territories)

We offer carrier rates via Canada Post which include options for Small Packet USA, Tracked Packet, Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost. For US orders, the standard is 4 to 10 business days from dispatch. 

As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. Cove Cap Co. is not responsible for any delays due to customs. Cove Cap Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while your product is in transit. If you do receive a damaged package or your purchase is lost, please reach out to us so we can find the best solution for you. 

Please make sure you are entering your address correctly before submitting your order. If your order is undeliverable and returned to us due to incorrect information, you will be invoiced for a secondary shipping charge before your order ships again.
